Moore: Village of Pinehurst Celebrates America

In celebration of Independence Day, Village of Pinehurst government offices, including the Given Memorial Library and Tufts Archives, and the Welcome Center, will be closed Friday, July 4 and Saturday, July 5, 2025.

The Village’s “One and Done” solid waste collection will operate on its regular schedule throughout the week.

Emergency services will remain fully operational, and all Village parks will be open and maintain their normal hours during the holiday weekend.

Village offices will reopen for regular business hours on Monday, July 7 at 8:30 a.m.

As a reminder, Pinehurst will host two days of Independence Day festivities on July 3 and 4, including the annual concert, fireworks show, and parade. For full event details, visit vopnc.org/events.
