Moore County Commissioners fund mandated public infrastructure

The Dunn Police Athletic & Activities League (Dunn PAL) is excited to announce a community-wide Shoe Fundraiser Drive taking place January 30, 2026 through March 31, 2026. The fundraiser aims to raise financial support for Dunn PAL youth programs while encouraging residents to donate gently used shoes and help reduce waste.
Dunn PAL has partnered with The Beacon Stores to serve as official community drop-off and collection sites. Proceeds from the drive will support Dunn PAL’s after-school programs, mentoring initiatives, college and career readiness programming, and youth enrichment activities across Harnett County.

We believe it will be a great success and a wonderful opportunity for the community to support our youth while giving back in an environmentally responsible way.”
Dunn PAL encourages individuals, families, churches, schools, businesses, and civic groups to participate by donating gently used shoes of all types/sizes, including sneakers, boots, sandals, and dress shoes.
