Moore County Governmental Offices will OPEN at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 3, 2026.
Moore County Landfill will OPEN at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, February 3, 2026.
The Aberdeen and Hillcrest Collections Site will be OPENING at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, February 3,
2026.
All other Collection Sites will be CLOSED Tuesday, February 3, 2026, and re-open on Wednesday,
February 4, 2026.
Moore County Library Branches will be CLOSED on Tuesday, February 3, 2026.
Moore County Transportation will be CLOSED on Tuesday, February 3, 2026.
Activities and facility at the Senior Enrichment Center will be CLOSED on Tuesday, February 3, 2026.
Activities at Moore County Parks and Recreation are CANCELLED for Tuesday, February 3, 2026.

LEE COUNTY, NC – February 2, 2026 – With the continued improvement of winter weather and road conditions, all Lee County Government facilities will be operating on a delay Tuesday, February 3, 2026 and opening at 12:00 p.m.

Buzzline Microtransit will start at 10:00 a.m.; however, drivers will proceed with caution and assess road safety on a case-by-case basis for the rest of the week. Riders can check www.buzzlinemicro.com for status updates, or call the County of Lee Transit System (COLTS) at 919-776-7201.

City of Sanford will operate on a 2-hour delay for Tuesday, February 3, 2026.

Harnett County Government offices will operate on a 2-hour delay on Tuesday, February 3, 2026. Offices will open at 10 a.m.
