Lee County GOP announces replacement and candidates

Eric Davidson

The Lee County GOP announced on July 16 that Eric Davidson from the Lee County School Board will replace Commissioner Taylor Vorbeck on the Lee County Board of Commissioners. Vorbeck resigned on July 13.

On Monday, July 20 commissioners will hold a special meeting to swear in Davidson at noon.

David Smoak

The Lee County GOP announced that David Smoak and Laura Stryffeler will be joining the Lee County Board of Education at their next meeting.

Karla Kabolla

Karla Koballa and Laura Stryffeler will be replacing Marcus Mason and Chris Gaster on the November ballot.

Chris Gaster withdrew from being placed on the November ballot. He will serve the rest of his unexpired term on the board of education.
