Speak Up Moore event to review voter trends Sept. 21

Speak Up Moore will present “Polls, Politics and Perceptions: An Expert Provides Insight into the Minds of NC Voters” on Monday, Sept. 21, 2026, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Sandhills Community College, Foundation Hall, 3395 Airport Road, Pinehurst.

The featured speaker will be Donald Bryson, CEO of the John Locke Foundation, who will offer an expert look at the current state of North Carolina politics and the issues shaping the state’s political landscape as the 2026 election approaches.

Drawing on findings from the latest Carolina Journal Poll, Bryson will discuss what North Carolina voters are saying about the direction of the state, the issues driving public opinion and the political trends that could influence the upcoming election. With North Carolina once again positioned to play an important role in the national political landscape, the program will give attendees an opportunity to look beyond the headlines and better understand what voters across the state are thinking—and why.
