Best Friends Concession customers buy homemade ice cream at the June 28,2025, Carthage Pop Up in the Pines.

Moore: Broke Best Friends out of Robeson County, North Carolina sold Mrs. Locklear’s homemade ice cream at the June 28,2025, Carthage Pop Up in the Pines. People walked around with ice cream cones and smiles as they visited the artists.

The homemade sugar-free vanilla ice cream was the absolute best. It has no aftertaste and is luxuriously smooth.
