Lee: Filing for 2025 Municipal Elections begins July 7

Lee: 2025 Municipal election candidate filing begins July 7 at 8 a.m. through July 18 at noon. The deadline to withdraw is July 15. 1503 Elm Street, Sanford.

Review the September primary dates.

The first primary for Sanford mayor, for one council member at large, for one council member for ward 3, and for a Broadway commissioner is Sept. 9, with a second primary on Oct. 7, if necessary, and the elections on Nov. 4.
