Lee County Animal Services launches survey seeking public input
October 21, 2026

Lee County Animal Services requests the public’s participation in a short survey to guide strategic planning for future initiatives.
Starting today, the survey will be available online at https://forms.cloud.microsoft/
Results will be collected for two weeks, with the survey closing on Nov. 4. Residents of Lee County and our neighbors are highly encouraged to complete the four-question survey.
“While our Animal Shelter does tremendous work to adopt the animals we receive, there may be more that can be done to improve the program,” said William Cain, Lee County Public Health Director. “A great deal of feedback has been shared recently, and we have heard many of you. This survey and the results will assist us in our strategic planning efforts to continue building our program.”
Any questions related to the survey or Animal Services in Lee County may be directed to William Cain at 919-718-4640 ext. 5331 or hcain@leecountync.gov.
