Sisters Heather McKenzie and Sierra McQueen Fowler launched the Black Fowlcan Boutique as a non-profit following Sierra’s husband’s suicide two years ago. Cathi C. Patterson, 64, of Carthage, North Carolina, celebrated an honorary family reunion on June 28, 2025, attended by over 100 relatives. A retired Pinecrest High School employee, she enjoys life post-retirement. Married for fifty years, she has two children and three grandchildren, and is the last surviving Collins sibling.
